Section 6 - Rights-Of-Way

6-A STREET PERMITS. The Company shall make, or cause to be made, application for any necessary highways permits, and shall not be required to supply energy until a reasonable time after such permits are granted.

6-B PROCUREMENT BY CUSTOMER. Customer applying for the construction of an extension may be required to secure to and for the Company, all necessary and convenient rights-of-way and trimming permits and to pay the costs incident thereto.
