Section 2 - Service Limitations

2-A CHARACTER. Electric energy of the characteristics available in the locality in which the premises to be served are situated will be supplied. The Company reserves the right to refuse service which requires characteristics not standard with the Company.

2-B SINGLE-POINT DELIVERY. The rates named in this Rate Schedule for each class of service are based upon the supply of the service to one entire premises through a single delivery or metering point. Separate supply for the same Customer at other points of consumption shall be separately metered and billed except that in cases where the Company for its own convenience, installs more than one meter for the same Customer, the meter readings and billings may be cumulated. The Company shall not be required to install a service or meter for a garage, stable or other outbuildings so located that it may be supplied with electricity through a service and meter in the main building.

2-C COMPLIANCE WITH AVAILABILITY. The use of the Company's service shall not be for any purpose other than covered by the character of service provisions of the Rate under which service is supplied or by any part of the Terms and Conditions which may be applicable.

2-D SERVICES WITH CONNECTED LOADS IN EXCESS OF 50 KVA. Where the connected load to be served exceeds 50 kilovolt amperes the Company may at its option require the Customer to arrange his wiring to receive polyphase service.

2-E MOTORS. The Company reserves the right to refuse the supply of service to single-phase motors of individual rating in excess of three (3) horsepower and to polyphase installations aggregating less than five (5) horsepower.

2-F A.C. ARC WELDERS. Before service is connected, the Company will require a Customer to obtain specific permission from the Company for the installation of an A.C. Arc Welder. The Company reserves the right to refuse the supply of service to A.C. Arc Welders which cause interference or disturb the quality of service to other customers.

2-G POWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE. The Company reserves the right to limit the Customer's supply to one-power voltage.
