As part of our expanded public information and educational outreach we have designed what we feel is a valuable and very informative web site for students and teachers to visit and have fun while exploring the world of electricity.

Bangor Hydro is committed to improving the schools within the communities we serve. We have a long-standing obligation to provide safety and energy education to our young people living in these communities. Bangor Hydro has communication tools available to help assist you for all grade levels on basic electricity and electrical safety free of charge.

In addition to the above educational tools, Bangor Hydro sponsors a fulfillment program through Enterprise for Education who represents the company, providing high quality communication material. These publications are not merely informative brochures; they are teaching units designed to support widely held goals of teachers and school districts for students from kindergarten through high school.
