A program of Efficiency Maine, we train and certify professionals to conduct a "whole-house" three-step process for making homes more energy efficient, healthier and more comfortable. The first step is an investment-grade evaluation of the home; the second is overseeing the weatherization and other improvements to the home; and the third is a critical step that checks for health and safety concerns like carbon monoxide back-drafting and adequate air changes once the house has been tightened up. These evaluators use state-of-the art building science diagnostics and are certified by a nationally-recognized third party.
