All payments made by 5:00 p.m. will be credited to your BHePAY account by the next business day. The payment amount will be debited from your account within three business days from the day the payment is entered on-line.

Is there a cost associated with using BHePAY?

There is a separate, third party convenience fee of $2.95 per transaction. This fee will be deducted from your account as a separate transaction from your electric bill payment.

What if I don't want to pay my whole bill?

You are able to enter the exact amount you wish to pay. You can return to your bill later in the month to pay the remaining balance.

Can I stop or suspend payment?

Once you've confirmed payment via the Internet, you cannot stop or suspend the payment. If there are not sufficient funds in your account to pay the bill, the transaction will be returned to BHePAY and will be processed in the same manner as a returned check..

After you make your first payment using BHePAY, you are able to store the payment account information as your default payment method. This will save you time with future payments.

What are the browser requirements?

In order to use BHePAY you must be using Netscape 4.0 and above or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and above. In addition, JavaScript and cookies need to be turned on in order for continuity to be kept between pages.
